How Do I use My App as a Personal Shopper/ Personal Designer Scheduler?

We create a Form on your app called “Style 911” or “Personal Shopper.” The rest of the details are below…

For Clothing Stores:
Customer enters name, contact info and the date and time they wish to come to your store. (You can note on the form that this service is only available between certain hours and on certain days.)

Customer enters occasion they are shopping for (wedding, FL vacation, etc.)
Customer enters what they are looking for (tops, skirts, blouses, shoes, etc.)
Customer enters their sizes
Optional: Using in-app camera customer can submit their photo along with the form!

The form is submitted. The customer is called or e-mailed to confirm their appointment.
A Staff member fills a fitting room with all of potential items so when the customer arrives they head straight to the fitting room to try everything on.

For Furniture Stores:
Customer enters name, contact info and the date and time they wish to come to your store. (You can note on the form that this service is only available between certain hours and on certain days.)

Customer enters which rooms they are looking to fill
Customer enters what they are looking for (couch, day bed, mirrors, tables, decor, etc)
Customer enters preferred colors/ color scheme
Customer enters size of room/ area
Customer includes a photo of the area using the in-app camera

The form is submitted. The customer is called or e-mailed to confirm their appointment.
A Staff member walks around the store and tags items to show that customer.

To Book Appointments Directly on the App and Skip the Phone Call…
